Q: Why use a dedicated process serving company? 

A: LARC is NOT distracted with other business priorities.  Our ONLY priority is serving YOUR documents in a timely manner.

Q: What advantage does a Registered Process Server/Levying Officer provide?

A: Unregistered process servers are limited by statute (§25-1-1101, MCA) to 10 services in a calendar year.  Using an unregistered server could put the validity of YOUR service in jeopardy, causing you to incur additional cost for repeat service.

   Bonding is your assurance that we are honest, reliable, trustworthy, and meet a high standard of integrity.

Q: What does Due Diligence mean?

A: It means LARC will use all its resources to serve your documents in a timely manner.  If the information provided is not sufficient to find the subject, we will pursue updated information and provide those updates to YOU when service is completed.
