Process Serving:

• We will continue to attempt service, including "Skip Tracing" until we are faced with a "Dead End"

• Flat Rate pricing means NO additional charges for mileage

• Call or Email for all pricing

• We offer discount pricing for volume

Summons, Subpoenas, Postings, etc.:

• In state Montana Services:

  • Most Montana Counties - FLAT RATE PRICING

  • OUT OF STATE SERVICE - DEPENDS ON AREA AND AVAILABILITY OF LOCAL SERVERS OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT

LARC makes a first service attempt within 72 hours of receipt of your documents  in Flathead County.

Proof of Service will be on its way to you within 48 hours of service.

We also have provisions for SAME DAY/RUSH services for a nominal additional charge.  Please call our office for information.

 

LEVYING/Writs of Execution:

• Servicing writs of Execution - Flat Fee for Service of the Writ of Execution

                                                                      AND

                                                      Flat Fee Per Wage or Bank Levy

  • LARC will make initial contact with a bank or employer within 72 hours of receipt of your documents.

Additional services we provide (Call or email for pricing):

• Notary Public (we can even come to you in the surrounding area of Kalispell)
• Filing a return of service with Flathead County Court
• Pickup and drop off of documents at YOUR Office (Kalispell, Bigfork, Columbia Falls, and Whitefish) or at Flathead County Courthouse
